    purposes. For the Xiaomi 17 Series Pre-order Raffle, the personal
    information we collect includes:
    ● Contact Information: Name, address, email address, and phone
    number.
    Device Information: Unique device identifiers including OR/ SI
    Number, IMEI, model, and operating system version.
    Promotion-Specific Information: Unique Raffle Code issued
    during the pre-order phase.
    Transaction Information: Purchase history, purchase receipt
    (photo/screenshot), and delivery details.
    Account Information: Xiaomi website or official online store details.
  2. How We Collect Your Personal Information
    We collect personal information through various means, including:
    Directly from You: When you pre-order a qualifying product, register
    for the raffle via QR code/promo page, or contact customer support.
    Through Your Use of Products and Services: Information such as
    the IMEI is generated and captured automatically when you register
    your device for the promotion.
  3. Purpose of Processing Your Personal Information
    We process your personal information based on the principles of
    Transparency, Legitimate Purpose, and Proportionality. We use your
    information for the following purposes:
    To Provide and Maintain Our Services: To process your orders,
    deliver products, activate your devices, and ensure our services
    function correctly.
    Customer Support: To respond to your inquiries, diagnose product
    issues, and provide after-sales service.
    Service Improvement: To analyze usage data, troubleshoot, and
    perform internal operations to improve our products and services.
    Marketing and Promotions (with Consent): To send you
    promotional materials, news, and updates about our products and
    services, only where you have provided your explicit consent. You have
    the right to object or unsubscribe at any time.

    are contractually obligated to protect your information and process it
    only according to our instructions.
